EATracker allows you to create your own profile and lets you
track your day's food and activity choices. The report compares
your information to the guidelines laid out in Canada's Food Guide
and Health Canada.

Dietitian's of Canada
Dietitians of Canada (DC) is the nation-wide voice of dietitians.
The website contains many consumer resources such as tips,
frequently asked questions (FAQs), fact sheets, a virtual grocery
store, kitchen tour, and recipe analyzer.

Sport Nutrition Website Resources

Coaching Association of Canada
Has sport nutrition resources with practical information.

Australian Institute of Sport
Has an extensive database of sport nutrition resources for many
different sports.

Gatorade Sport Science Institute
Scientific articles that contain references, and are written by
sport medicine professionals (including some of the worlds leading
sport nutrition dietitians).
