Nutrition Assessment
$130

A one hour session with the dietitian that includes:
- 20 to 30 minutes reviewing of your diet, medical history, lifestyle and goals.
- 30 to 40 minutes of education and discussing nutrition recommendations.

A final report is provided to you after the nutrition assessment, outlining the
results of the session and any further recommendations or resources.

Additional services (optional):
- A computerized nutrient analysis of a 3 day food record identifying nutrient
deficiencies and excesses.

- Meal Plan and 3 day sample menu. Cost $60
